Some journeys are easier to explore together.
River Expeditions are conversations for groups of people who are already travelling through something together — whether that's recovery, rehabilitation, change, discovery or simply a shared curiosity about life.
I can share stories and perspectives from a life lived through adventure, survival, disability, recovery, archery, consciousness, belief, possibility and some experiences that I still don't fully understand.
That can include addiction and recovery communities, rehabilitation centres, Alcoholics Anonymous and similar support groups, as well as schools, organisations, retreats, teams and other gatherings.
I'm not there to provide treatment, therapy or medical advice. I'm there as a guide — to share experience, ask questions, tell stories and perhaps point out something the group hasn't noticed from where it is sitting.
Sometimes the most useful thing a conversation can do is make us look at something differently.
