Some stretches of life are difficult to navigate alone. You may be facing a decision, a change, uncertainty, loss, a relationship, a new beginning — or simply the feeling that you're going around and around without really getting anywhere.
These are the kinds of questions I've been asking myself for more than forty years. I certainly have a different perspective now, but I don't have all the answers.
This is a conversation, not a prescription. I won't tell you where your river should flow. I'll listen, share what I've learned, ask questions and offer perspectives that may help you see something from a different angle.
I think of those perspectives as seeds. You decide which ones are worth keeping. Some you may throw away. Some may sit there for a while. And perhaps some will take root. From nurturing comes growth.
Not my growth.
Yours.
